Finance & Admin Manager - Senai (Ref: AV) [Malaysia]


 

Responsibilities

①Finance

  • Supervise a team of Finance staff & oversee overall Finance operation
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management & yearly financial report.
  • Prepare budget and monitor actual performance.
  • Plan and manage Company's cash flow to ensure there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs.
  • Perform sufficient financial analysis for management decisions.
  • Establish and implement effective accounting policies, policies and internal controls in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, auditors, tax agents and other regulatory authorities.

②HR

  • Supervise a team of HR staff & oversee overall HR operation.
  • Handling Payroll, Recruitment, Staff Welfare, Environmental Safety/Health, Training/Development & other admin matters.
  • Establish and implement effective HR policies, policies and internal controls in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with all HR related regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or Accountancy.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience as Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • HR experience is advantageous.
  • Meticulous, careful and resourceful with positive working attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Experience:

  • manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
