We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead consultant Specialist

Principal responsibilities
- Design and implement best engineering practices and quality standards across multiple POD team for high quality and consistent outcome
- Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, evaluating technical solutions
- Identify and remove impdiments to improve team's productivity
- Minimal 10+ years’ experience of software developments with both waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Have experience on Agile practices e.g. Scrum, Kanban, BDD, TDD, DDD etc., DevOp tooling, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle etc.
- Have experience with Java and web technologies, and experience on automation testing technologies
- Strong problem solving skills, sound communication, influence and presentation skills
- Passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team
- Want to be part of a world class team, working for a business with a need and appreciation for excellent software engineers
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
- Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Experience on Microsoft Power Platform and certificates is a plus
- Business knowledge in commercial bank will be an advantage
