Assists Scheduling Manager to ensure compliance with the GOM and Company policy on aircraft utilization including flight requests, aircraft availability, crew availability and assignments, airport services, logistical planning, and aircraft maintenance. Maximize the utilization of services, company equipment and other service providers. Play a key role in P&G GFOs strategic planning including emerging market destination airport identification, facility services, entry protocols and risk assessments. Responsible for the initiation and preparation of reports to meet company policy and government regulations. Expertise in the scheduling software program subject matter to identify and implement ongoing applications to provide centralized department data in a simplified format accessible to end users. Act as a backup for the Flight Coordinators where needed. Works with the P&G Finance & Accounting Leader to oversee and manage financial tasks administered within GFO including but not limited to invoice processing, vendor set up and budget preparation. Will serve as liaison and point of contact for contract flight attendant vendor.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Licenses: FAA Dispatcher License (preferred). Valid automobile driver’s license. Valid U.S. Passport.
- 5 years operational experience in a business aviation scheduling environment
Salary Range: $80,600 - $98,700
